Cycling in Kew
Storage is provided for the storage of bikes and we
actively encourage the use of them. There is a side
gate to the house and a key is provided for this to
allow easy access and storage of bikes.
Nearby, there is a towpath along the river Thames which
is excellent for cycling. Richmond park is a short ride
away and is wonderful for riding. The owner is a member
of Sustrans which is building and maintaining the national
cycle network. Even if you are not into cycling we encourage
everyone in the area to have a look at what Sustrans
is doing - www.sustrans.org.uk.
